I’m a senior studying applied math and earth sciences. To me mindfulness is being aware of your distractions while smiling at the contradiction. It’s noticing your emotions, thoughts, and sensations while understanding it’s ok to feel the way you feel. I want to share the gratitude and joy that mindfulness has brought to my life.
