Practice Groups & Affinity Groups for Mindfulness Meditation and Mindful Self-Compassion

Practice groups are virtual drop-in sessions where you can strengthen your practice of mindfulness meditation in a supportive and welcoming group setting. Sometimes practice groups are also affinity groups, which offer the opportunity for community members to connect and practice with others of a shared identity/experience. In the face of adversity, affinity groups provide safe spaces for collective healing, wisdom, reflection and joy. Links to all our practice groups can be found here.

No registration is required for practice and affinity groups – just pop in when you can for all or part of each session. 

These groups generally run for 30 minutes and typically consist of a short introduction, guided group meditation, and short discussion.  All are welcome – from beginners to experienced meditators, so come as you are!
