The Art of Peaceful Living – Virtual
How do we practice peaceful living in uncertain times? In this course, inspired by Zen master Thích Nhat Hanh’s teachings, we will explore mindful practices to connect to our inner calm, to better understand our interconnectedness with others, and to tap an expansive openness that is non-judgmental and deepens the practice of living in loving kindness. The art of peaceful living is a body of consciousness that informs practices to actively preserve our well-being.
