In this introduction to self-compassion, you will learn a variety of simple ways that will enable you to call on your own inner resources to soothe yourself in times of stress or pain.
Teacher: Beth Sternlieb is a senior teacher at InsightLA, a teacher of self-compassion at the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion and a teacher at Spirit Rock. Beth has also been a member of the UCLA Pediatric Pain Program clinical team and Whole Child LA, where she continues to teach mindfulness and yoga to children and young adults with chronic pain and health problems in an integrative medical setting.
