This 4–week class begins with a 3-Day Weekend Retreat designed to jumpstart a holistic approach toward individual growth; and is followed by a Breath Lab that meets once-weekly through the remaining weeks.

Highly interactive and experiential, this hands-on training will teach you ways to increase your capacity for happiness! This is made possible through evidence–based breathwork which is a cornerstone of this class, as well as through meaningful processes and discussions that cultivate awareness, connection, mental resilience and emotional intelligence. The course will also discuss research around the concept of happiness, which conjoins the themes and techniques taught in class, to help you optimize ways to train your brain for greater peace.

This class is for those who are interested in a deep inner shift and are keen on investing some time towards it.

Week 1: Happiness Retreat – Weekend Immersion & Self Exploration

Week 1 is a mini retreat weekend, offering a method for a personal reset. The 3–hours over 3-days is spent learning and implementing a powerful series of evidence–based breathwork techniques that enhance mental strength and resilience; and offering strategies for self exploration, social connection and resilience that continues to build over the following weeks. These techniques have been shown to reduce stress, boost energy, increase focus & mental clarity, improve sleep, increase productivity, and increase confidence. By the end of the weekend, students will have a solid working knowledge of how to continue on their own with the practices learned.

Each session builds upon the previous day. Participation in all sessions is necessary for full effect.

Week 2: Breath Lab  +  Responsibility, Sense of Belonging and Personal Empowerment

Week 3: Breath Lab  +  Enthusiasm, Purpose and Making a Difference

Week 4: Breath Lab  +  Connection and Community

These 2–hour weekly breath labs will reinforce your breathwork practices and delve into deeper assets of individual growth and awareness.

Connection Information:  Online via Zoom. You will get connection information from the teacher prior to the first session.

Teacher:  Poonam C. Tandon is a master trainer of evidence–based breathwork technique, SKY Breath–Meditation, certified by Art of Living Foundation, and a senior instructor of their personal mastery programs. She has been practicing meditation and breath–work since age 9, but discovered it’s real power to transform and heal so many areas of her life when she was an undergraduate student. Poonam is one of just a few teacher trainers of this work and has personally mentored hundreds of individuals on their journeys to becoming instructors. She has been a guest lecturer and instructor at leading institutions ranging from Harvard, Yale and MIT to the World Bank Institute, State Department and United Nations.
