NOTE: This class is for HSC students only.

The Eric Cohen Student Health Center offers small introductory groups for all Health Science Students. The mindfulness group will discuss: What is mindfulness, how to practice mindfulness, and the value of the practice. Each session will include an experiential component wherein students will engage in practicing: mindfulness of breathing, mindful eating and walking, mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of emotions, and cultivation of loving kindness over the course of 6 weeks
