Mindful Eating: Mindfulness-Based Habit Change – Virtual

This class offers a supportive space to cultivate greater present-moment awareness in everyday life through the lens of mindful eating. Together, we’ll explore tools and techniques that help fade unhelpful eating habits and nurture more nourishing ones. Through mindfulness practices—such as breath and body awareness, tuning into taste and texture, slowing down and pausing during meals, and noticing hunger and fullness cues—you’ll nurture the capacity to transform your relationship with food from the inside out.

NOTE: 3rd class will meet on Tue, Feb 17, due to President’s Day Holiday.

About this class

Mindfulness helps shift unwanted behaviors not through willpower, but through clear, repeated awareness of what truly serves you and what doesn’t. Over time, old habits lose their pull, and new, more supportive patterns begin to take root with greater ease.

This course is open to all, regardless of meditation experience. Sessions include mindful eating practices, guided meditation, mindful movement, compassion-based practices, and community support. Come as you are and explore a kinder, more connected way of relating to food — and to yourself.
