Mindful of Earth: Earth-Honoring Practices – In-Person

This series of earth-honoring practices is open to anyone inspired by and drawn to practicing mindfulness in and with the natural world. We will be meeting on a handful of Wednesdays at noon to deepen our relationship to the earth and enhance our sense of well-being.

About this class

Deepening our relationship with the earth can support our well-being. Each week, we will engage in a mindful exploration of one or more of the beautiful natural elements of our campus. Each half-hour session includes the introduction of an earth-honoring practice, a guided meditation or mindful experience in nature, and opportunity for community-building, conversation, and Q&A.
