Introduction to creating and incorporating an effective and ongoing mindfulness practice in all aspects of your life. This 5-week online class is appropriate for beginners as well as anyone who want to refresh the fundamentals of their practice.

In this class you will learn to enhance your performance with improved emotional intelligence, motivation, and social skills. You will also reduce your stress and gain more happiness. Here is what you will learn:

Location and Time:   Thursdays, from 12-1pm online.

Teacher: Alex Maizuss is a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher and a performance coach who enjoys helping people better their life through mindfulness. Initially, Alex began with Vipassana meditation in 1996 using the practice to guide herself through life’s obstacles; then, in 2008, she started attending InsightLA Meditation where she learned the genuine power of Mindfulness.
