There are few things more frustrating than not being able to sleep. While friends and family are getting refueled, you lie there awake, thinking about how tough it will be tomorrow when you have to get through your day completely depleted. Practices like yoga, meditation and breathing can help you release tension and anxiety which are often the primary obstacles to good sleep.
This 5 week course will introduce the stages of sleep, cover important nuances in commonly discussed sleep hygiene tips, provide you with practical tools to relax at the end of the day, and teach you how to keep a sleep log that can help identify potentially unhealthy patterns. While there is no “cure” for a sleep disorder, there are many tools that can induce sleep and relieve symptoms of fatigue.
Sleep is one of the least understood human functions that is directly connected to health, productivity and relationships. Taking time to improve your sleep is an investment in all that you want to achieve.
