You’ll be introduced to a simple three-tool system—calendar, inbox, and notes—that forms the foundation for clarity and peace of mind. We’ll explore how these tools work together to create supportive conditions that help you step out of overwhelm and into steadiness.
Hands-On: Capture Practice
