Join Mark Miller to learn skills that will help you manage stress and strong emotions when they are experienced. This class will combine evidence-based  emotions management skills with mindfulness to help you compassionately take care of yourself when emotions and stress start to feel overwhelming.
Session 1: Creating your own mindful emotion management habits using a few basic skills
Session 2: Coming back to a cool calm when our emotions get hot
Session 3: Using mindfulness to help us discover what our emotions are trying to tell us
