Currently, I work as a Postdoctoral researcher in the field of Craniofacial Molecular Biology and my intention is building up Powerful, Mindful & Kindful community (not only at HSC/USC); feel free to join me!

I’m a senior studying applied math and earth sciences. To me mindfulness is being aware of your distractions while smiling at the contradiction. It’s noticing your emotions, thoughts, and sensations while understanding it’s ok to feel the way you feel. I want to share the gratitude and joy that mindfulness has brought to my life.
I was introduced to mindfulness after my mother and grandfather passed away. Since learning about it, I have become a strong advocate for the promotion of it’s benefits. I'm excited to be a Mindful USC Ambassador and I'm open to helping others grow on their mindfulness journey.
I'm a junior studying Neuroscience with minors in Performance Science and Music Industry. My drive to discover what makes a good life and to help others perform at their best led me to mindfulness as a practice for keeping me happy, healthy, and inspired.
