Self-Compassion Training for Healthcare Communities

In collaboration with Mindful USC, the Keck School of Medicine is pleased to host this 6-hour, evidence-based healthcare adaptation of Mindful Self-Compassion. In research conducted in 2019, this program was found to significantly decrease depression, stress, secondary traumatic stress and burnout, and to increase self-compassion, mindfulness, compassion for others, and job satisfaction in healthcare professionals.

Learn skills you can use at work and at home to reduce stress and burnout.

DAYS: Thursdays, April 2 – May 7
