Practice groups are drop-in (no registration) weekly group meetings for faculty, staff, and students. You can drop in for all or part of each session. Typically, a brief introduction to basic mindfulness practice starts each session.

An ongoing mindful meditation practice group that meets on every Monday from 12pm to 1pm at the Student Counseling Center at Engemann Student Health Center. Meditation instructions are given in a supportive environment, no prior experience necessary. All students, faculty and staff are welcome. No registration necessary.
