Practice groups are drop-in (no registration) weekly group meetings for faculty, staff, and students. You can drop in for all or part of each session. Typically, a brief introduction to basic mindfulness practice starts each session.

An ongoing mindful meditation practice group that meets on every Monday from 12pm to 1pm at the Student Counseling Center at Engemann Student Health Center. Brief meditation instructions are given in a supportive environment, no prior experience necessary. All students, faculty and staff are welcome. No registration necessary.
People of Color Practice Group
Tuesdays, 1-2:00 pm, Room 202 (2nd floor), University Religious Center
This weekly mindful meditation practice group aims to provide a safe and supportive community space for students, faculty, and staff who self-identify as people of color. No prior experience required; meditation instructions will be given at every session. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss their practice and experiences as people of color.
