Take the Challenge by Following These Steps

  3. Follow the instructions – that’s it.

Practice With Others

Meet friends with similar interests by going to a weekly practice group.  We have them all around campus.  Go here to find one.  Our mobile app has this information, too.

We’ll have classes where you can learn the entire mindfulness practice – enough to bring you the joy you deserve and help you lose the stress you don’t need. Better yet, we’ll notify you through the app (if you accept notifications) when classes are open for registration and you can sign up for a class on the app as well!
