We offer class series, stand-alone experiences, and mindfulness retreats designed to help you establish or deepen your practice. There is something for meditators of all levels - from beginner to experienced.

Groups
Our lunchtime practice groups give you the opportunity to meditate and create community together in a supportive group setting. A range of mindfulness, self-compassion, and nature-based practices are offered.
Our Teachers
Our wonderful teachers are the heart of Mindful USC. They are invited to teach based on their depth of personal practice, years of study and training, and embodiment of mindfulness and compassion in everyday life.
