Drop-In Meditation Groups

We offer free, drop-in meditation practice groups every weekday at lunchtime that enable you to connect with a teacher and with your fellow meditators! These warm, welcoming, and supportive guided meditation sessions are designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and nurture qualities of mindfulness, compassion, and well-being. Each session includes some teaching or instruction, a guided meditation, and opportunity for discussion and community-building. Practitioners at all levels – from beginners to experienced meditators – are welcome. Drop in every week or whenever your schedule allows. No pre-registration is necessary.
