Drop-In Mindfulness Meditation and Self-Compassion Practice Groups

Practice groups are virtual drop-in sessions where you can strengthen your practice of mindfulness meditation and self-compassion in a supportive and welcoming group setting.

No registration is required for practice groups – just pop in when you can for all or part of each session.

These groups run for 30 minutes and typically consist of a brief introduction, guided group meditation, and short discussion/Q&A. All are welcome – from beginners to experienced meditators, so come as you are!
