Lola Kark
Student Mindful Ambassador
Lola especially loves nature-centered mindfulness and wants to help get more students involved in daily practice.
Lola Kark is a junior at the University of Southern California where she is majoring in Environmental Science and Health with an English minor on the Pre-Med track. Lola is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico. She has been taking meditation lessons from a teacher since 2021, and cultivates her own practice. At USC, she co-led the first Mindful Tree Tour for students in October, 2024. She also is The Director of Advocacy for the Environmental Student assembly, which aligns with sustainable mindfulness.
