Monica Sanny

As the daughter of two Transcendental Meditation teachers, Monica Sanny has practiced TM since the age of four and has spent much of her life sharing its benefits with others. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Education, she spent ten years teaching TM to middle school students in underserved communities throughout San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Monica is passionate about bringing TM to communities where it can have a meaningful impact, including frontline healthcare workers, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, first responders, and individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress. She is now also focused on making TM accessible to college students, helping young adults develop a lifelong practice to support greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.

Outside of teaching TM, Monica enjoys dancing and exploring the many beautiful hiking trails throughout Los Angeles County.
