This class focuses on the application of mindfulness performance, including athletic, artistic, and academic. Whether you’re interested in improving the mental components of your basketball game, dance routing, or chemistry test performance, this class is for you. Experiential exercises will be offered to help participants understand mindfulness and the role of mindfulness in the cultivation of flow states.
Teacher: Mark Miller has been a meditator for 25 years. He has practiced in both the Tibetan (Kagyu) and Insight traditions, and is deeply committed to sharing the power of mindfulness. Mark is currently earning his doctorate in clinical psychology, and enjoys integrating Buddhist and Western psychological perspectives.
