We cultivate mindfulness, compassion and community on and beyond campus

Mindful USC provides a variety of free in-person and online mindfulness classes, retreats, experiences, and drop-in groups taught by seasoned instructors and student ambassadors that are all free to the Trojan community – students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Our offerings are designed to create community and promote individual and collective transformation, wisdom and well-being.

A Welcome to Mindful USC from Dr. Allyson Pimentel, Director of Mindful USC.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the world within and around us with an attitude of openness, curiosity and kindness. Mindfulness and compassion practices are powerful tools that can help us navigate the challenges and joys we face in our personal, academic and professional lives, and can positively impact our health and wellbeing — physically and mentally, individually and collectively.
