Mindful Group Study Session: Pizza & Pomodoro Technique – In-Person
Exam season is tough — but you don’t have to go through it alone. Bring your laptop, notes, or whatever you’re working on and settle in for an afternoon of focused study, mindful breaks, and good company in the URC Fishbowl.
We’ll use the Pomodoro Technique — 25 minutes of focused study, 5-minute breaks to reset, breathe, and recharge — to keep you grounded and productive. We’ll keep time for you, and together we’ll create a quiet, respectful, and encouraging space for everyone.
Snacks, drinks, and lunch (pizza!) will be served. Co-hosted by Buddhist Life, Muslim Life, and Mindful USC. All are welcome.
