Mindful Group Study Session: Pomodoro Technique – In-Person
Bring your laptop, notes, or anything you’re working on—and settle in for an afternoon of focused study, mindful breaks, and supportive community in the URC Fishbowl and surrounding courtyard. You don’t have to do finals season alone. Let’s get through it together! Join us for a focused, supportive Pomodoro Study Session designed to help you stay grounded, energized, and productive during finals season.
The Fishbowl @ The University Religious Center (URC)
Using the Pomodoro technique—25 minutes of concentrated study followed by a 5-minute break—you’ll learn how to work with greater clarity and less stress by bringing mindfulness into your study rhythm. We will keep time for you, and together, we will create a simple social contract to support a quiet, respectful, and encouraging space for everyone.
The short breaks offer a chance to reset your mind, breathe, stretch, grab a snack, and return refreshed. This mindful approach not boosts productivity and helps prevent study burnout!
