Mindful Self-Compassion for Burnout Mini-Retreat Series – In Person
Are you feeling burned out, stressed out or depleted by the demands of school, work, personal responsibilities, and/or collective concerns? This is an opportunity to treat yourself to some time for deep self-compassion and self-care in a wonderfully supportive community!
You’ll be guided through simple mindfulness and self-compassion practices, brief reflections, and moments of rest in a kind, supportive environment at the beautiful University Religious Center. The intention is for you to leave feeling replenished and nourished—and with tools that genuinely feel doable moving forward.
