Mindful Self-Compassion for Burnout Mini-Retreat Series – In Person
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the demands of school, work, or personal responsibilities? Do you notice signs of emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, or feeling stretched too thin? Burnout is increasingly common—especially in high-pressure environments—and it can quietly erode our well-being, motivation, and sense of balance. This is an opportunity to treat yourself to some time for deep self-compassion and self-care!
This series of two, 2-hour Mindful Self-Compassion mini-retreats offers a supportive pause to explore burnout through a gentle, practical, and compassionate lens. Together, we’ll look at common causes and effects of burnout and learn simple mindfulness and self-compassion practices designed to help you care for yourself before you’re completely depleted.
