Linda Yaron Weston
Linda is the author of the books Mindfulness for Young Adults and Teaching Resilience and Mental Health Across the Curriculum.

She teaches at the University of Southern California, where she developed their undergraduate mindfulness course in the Department of Physical Education and Mind Body Health. A National Board Certified Teacher with over twenty years of experience teaching academic and well-being courses at the high school and college level, she holds two master’s degrees in education from UCLA, as well as credentials to teach English, physical education, and health, and certifications in mindfulness and yoga. As a long-time practitioner of meditation and yoga, she is particularly inspired by ways to share these practices alongside academic studies and nurture well-being in schools.
