Mindful Creativity – Virtual
Using mindfulness, meditation, and visualization, as well as creativity exercises, this class invites students to experience limitless creativity for application in whichever medium of expression they choose.
The focus of this 5-session class series is to nurture the channels of creativity through the practice of mindfulness and meditation. This arising mindful awareness helps us overcome self-judgment, develop skills to use in practice, and deepen our relationship with ourselves and the world around us. Students of the arts, as well as anyone seeking to bring more creativity into their life, will find unique opportunities to connect with their “instrument” and their deepest sense of self-expression. This class engages and inspires while encouraging individuality, authenticity, and sharing.
